Zendesk Brand Refresh
The Zendesk brand grows up with an enterprise-ready art direction that says one thing: resolution is everything.

Over the first 15+ years in business, the Zendesk brand identity has charted through several key evolutions: start-up, IPO, hypergrowth, going private. Each saw the brand identity evolve to meet that moment in time, and as Zendesk and the industry at large shifted focus again with the rise generative AI and AI agents, it was time once again for the brand to evolve for this new challenge.
With the previous identity going wider, this Refresh zeroed in on a new focus: resolutions. That’s ultimately the only important metric – “did we solve your problem?” – with that mantra informing every element across the new identity.

The brand colour palette shifted from a wide berth of secondary accents to focus in on green as the brand colour. A bright matcha accent carried over, bringing consistency and a pop of excitement, complemented by deep and warm greens and a complementary yellow.


Brand photography maintains a focus on resolution, spanning B2B, consumer and employee to showcase problems being fixed, with product shots for additional context.
