When a service problem is resolved, it has the power not only to impact the people involved, but a ripple effect on the people surrounding them, through organisations, their customers, their employees. That’s the notion explored through ‘The Zendesk AI effect’, how the impact of service spread far and wide when powered by the Zendesk platform.

Three product-focused spots target key industries and product features, with the impact of Zendesk AI shown rippling out to the protagonist’s customers, manager and company. The video assets were shot on location in Tbilisi, Georgia, turning around director lock to first edit in just 21 days.









The campaign rolled out globally, with an extensive buy in San Francisco where the impact focused messaging stood out against a product feature play from most competitors.
