If you’ve ever driven on the Bay Bridge approach, or from SFO to San Francisco, you’ll know the Bay Area is flooded with AI billboards. But it’s a sea of sameness: the same art direction, bland product messages, the occasional provocative line about hiring bots, not humans. To stand out Zendesk launched a new look and feel, and new spicier take on why our products are better – personality meets proof points.
